Article 1 – Definitions

Cooling-Off Period: The period during which a consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's right to cancel a distance contract within the applicable withdrawal period.

Distance Contract: A contract concluded between ByCherelle and the consumer through remote communication.

Durable Medium: Any tool that enables information to be stored and accessed for future reference.

Remote Communication: Any means used to conclude an agreement without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, products, services, and agreements provided by ByCherelle.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 4 – Offers and Product Information

• All offers are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

• Product descriptions are prepared with reasonable care and accuracy.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur.

• Pricing and product information may be corrected in the event of typographical or technical errors.

Article 5 – Formation of the Agreement

An agreement is formed once an order has been placed and a confirmation email has been sent.

ByCherelle reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may request to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To exercise this right:

• The customer must notify ByCherelle by email.

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after the withdrawal request.

Article 7 – Returns and Refunds

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Article 8 – Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Opened or used products

• Hygiene-sensitive products

• Products that cannot be returned due to their nature
