At ByCherelle, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• Original packaging must be included

• Any tags, labels, or accessories must be returned with the item

• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

• For damaged items, photo or video evidence may be required

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions, including the return address if your request is approved.

Step 3: Return the Item

Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Important Information

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Opened or used items

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. As a result, cancellation requests can only be accommodated before processing has begun.
