Order Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time: 2–3 Business Days

Delivery Time: 7–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery times may occasionally extend up to 14 business days depending on the destination, carrier, or seasonal demand.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed.

What If My Product Is Defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team and provide:

• Your order number

• A clear photo or video showing the issue

Our team will review the information and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Lost Packages or Returned Shipments

If your package is lost during transit or cannot be delivered due to shipping-related issues, please contact us.

We will investigate the situation and assist you with a suitable resolution whenever possible.

Missed Delivery or Pickup

If a package is delivered but not accepted or collected, it may be returned by the carrier.

In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply if a reshipment is requested.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to become available after shipment.
